Alright fellow NSX'rs. I had a chance to take some shots of the first debut of the long awaited project of MikeC_587. This stunning beauty was fully done from ground up by MV Designz in Santa Ana, CA. Every part of this car was custom and what started as an idea in Mike C's mind, migrated to some design sketches, than REALITY. Pictures might not do this car justice, I highly recommend seeing it in person. The paint is flawless, the work is one-of-kind, the quality is top notch, and the owner is hella of a guy. This list of mods is way to long for me to list, it would take up some pages, so I'm not gonna attempt to type the list out. A picture is worth a thousand words.

At first glance, it might look like another lowered silver NSX, but look closer, look harder, look at every single panel from front to back, look at each 1-off custom mod piece(s), and test yourself and see if you are a true NSX enthusiast...

Great job Mike C. and CONGRATS CONGRATS on the completed project. SUPER CLEAN!!!! The next in line for and fully anticipated project will be Graeme's. I can't wait to take some shots of his NSX when it's done.

* my nsx and erick's were used as "Fluffers"

Modified Stacy skirts (more flush to the bodylines), OEM rear valance, and MODE 4 rear diffuser in carbon fiber.

NICE 02+ front bumper with flip-up headlights combined... Well done.
Yea that front bumper is insanely good looking!
Wouldn't mind having one of those on my 'X! Downforce?

Love the headlights too!

That NSX went right into my fav nsx's chart.

Very nice. I'd like to see a straight full frontal picture that isn't tilted.

Gorgeous car! Any more pics of the rear??

Ask Mike about the headlights sometime and you'll get first hand knowledge of his committment to this project.

As always, anything Mike does turns out awesome!

my jaw just dropped. where did you get that front bumper from? was it a custom job?

hac, i know the head lights were left up to display the custom headlight housing, but do you have any photos of the car's front end with headlights down? i know with the flip-up style lights, the front end of the nsx has a WAY different characteristics than the 02+ fixed lights.

i'd like to see how well that aggressive flow of the flip-ups (down) looks against that new 02+ style bumper.

looks awesome!

sup Daniel,
I have tons fo photos taken yesterday. I'll scour through all the shots and see which ones will show best with your request. You should see the car in person, it's super clean.

I love it!! Long live the pop ups!!

Ditto!

Mike, I was just wondering what ever happen to all the custom work that you were doing in the your NSX. Wow, absolutely stunning!

Mike,

Beautiful car. Lots of patience and vision (and money) and you have a truly unique NSX. Now we just need Grame's ride to get done and we can have a "completion celebration" together in SoCal. Congratuations!

Best Regards,

Danny

Ok... I just returned from my trip to Southern California. The last couple of days have been incredible now that my NSX project is completed. As you can guess I had a grin  from ear to ear not only from driving the NSX, but when I was near it as well. Yes, its been a long 14 months, but in the end it is well worth it. The guys at MV Designz exceeded my expectations, the way that Mike Vu (owner of MV Designz) laid down the sebring silver is absolutely stunning. The color just pops out at you and the black roof is amazing as well.

Here is the short list of what they did aside from the new paint and elbow grease.

1) TAITEC Tracy Sports 2002 Factory Style Bumper modified for pop-up headlights
2) One-off custom spoiler
3) One-off fog light plate for the PIAA's
3) Stacy side skirts modified to be more flush to the body panel
4) Rear spoiler modified to have a slight kick at the top end of the oem spoiler
5) Full audio install (Alpine, Seas Lotus Reference components, IDQ sub, Zetoolman sub box v2, Valentine 1)
6) Defi gauge with brain for Fuel Pressure and Boost

Thanks to the Collaboration Team of Graeme, Hac, Erick, Vance, Nalesh and Ken for helping bring my vision together and Thanks again to MV Designz in making my vision a reality. Lastly, I would like to give my thanks to Benjamin for paying for this project.

Thanks to all for extending your appreciation to my NSX project.

Mike

How much work is involved in making that front bumper work? estimated price? where did you get ther bumper? I want it! Car looks tight.

I have always thought of Erick's car(Black one?) as one of my favourites and now to see MikeC's "Make that two !!!
Sweet lookin' cars guys,CONGRATS on a job well done.
That front bumper is off the hook,I can only imagine the amount of time spent on it to make it happen.
Good to see the Instrument Cluster rings and sideskirts LOL,I am amazed to how many people have these mods.

Wow Mike, looks great. I might just have to take a trip down to SF and check this out in person. Maybe I might include that stop after my Disney Cruise trip next year in August. I was hoping I could buy your car after you were done with it but now it looks to be completely out of my budget:eek: You gotta love that Benjamin. I only wish he would visit me more often:tongue:
