*STOLEN CAR*

It’s been a couple of days and it feels like a long shot but sharing here just in case:

My car was stolen last night (10/4-10/5)between 11pm and 7am, on the corner of 42nd Ave S. and S. Dawson (Seattle, WA) It is easy to spot so if you happen to see it around, please report it to 911 and let me know.

Car: 1991 Acura - NSX - Red
License Plate: WA CV6193E
VIN: JH4NA115XMT003140
Theft location: Seattle, WA (Columbia City neighborhood)
Case number: 24-281815 with Seattle PD

My heart is sitting at the bottom of my stomache knowing that it’s probably in a shipping container already. Sad days.

One helluva first post here on nsxprime after being signed in since 8 February 2014.

Have had our car stolen before so sort of know where you are at.

Horrible news. From my experience, the police won't do much even with a police report filed. My stolen car was left someplace after the joyrides and when the fuel ran out. It sat there until it was towed a day later, and sat in the tow garage for two months. I had checked with the Police almost daily and they said no news when all they had to do was check the list of cars towed that they get daily from the towing companies.
Only way I found out was when the tow company filed for collection services to get what they were owed.
It's worth a shot to check with all the local tow companies.
