Vamp, when I initially filled my Xmission with synchromesh I was disappointed because the grind was still there ,however a couple days or so later it was gone completely and I absolutely couldn't believe it .
I just had an rps clutch, shortgears, and 4.23 installed and am getting the grinding at high rpm. The car has redline mt90 in it. The installation was performed by a well respected nsx tech. Should I just change to the gm?

Changing the fluid may or may not help. It's worth trying, since it's a lot less expensive than opening up the transmission. However, the root cause of grinding is usually worn teeth on the hub selectors and/or synchros. A good tech should have inspected those when the tranny was opened up, and replaced them if they were worn. It's at least worth asking the tech about it, and asking if he inspected the teeth...
