colors?

Kim,
What are the colors of leather you can get with the 2 tone. I was thinking red and black(like on the nw leather site), but I was just wondering what else is available. You wouldnt happen to have a color sample chart would ya? If so could you post it or if easier send it to my email [email protected]

I'm afraid we do not have the color chart up on the website yet, but let me know what leather colors you are interested in via email and I will send you pics! I can also send you out some samples if you like.......

Well, it looks like Kim and Steve are trying to do a better job of keeping their customers happy. They made good on their promise to send me the shift boot and center console cover. The shift boot was complete, however the center console cover was really just a piece of matching raw leather, which I guess it had to be given that it needed to be custom cut and fitted and glued. I took it to a local shop (who does an excellent job), and it's gorgeous! Here's a shot of the finished cockpit - I added a sparco shift knob.

Works for me. Im in as long as they can find me a close enough color.
I will also want some other pieces IE: door panels and shift boot. Will i need to let them know that at the time of the order?

I had the oem black for years, and now that I've got the flashy red/black combo I'm finally getting a lot of oohs and ahhs. No contest, all black leather is nice, but everyone has it. They'll be able to tell you have a custom interior if you do it up right. That's what I suggest.

Yeah, I'm kinda sad I have a black/black car. I'd like to do something snazzier than all-black seats, but I'd hate to ruin the whole Disaster Area stunt ship* look. If I had any other exterior color, I'd go the two-tone route.

I guess, technically, I'm doing a combination of the interior and exterior colors, but somehow it's just not as much fun this way. ;)

hey fellas the black and red interior seems to be pretty popular as wel as sharp looking. but whatever you decide make sure you sign up for the group buy before AUG 1 this is the deadline so you can at least get a decent price on what color you decide rather then pay an arm and a leg.
 
All right, red/black it is ;) It looks AWESOME, no doubt about it... that's what first attracted me to their site to begin with!

Ok so we have 7 confirmed, and 4 uncomfirmed.

JJCNSX, I know you are looking for a lower price.. can we move you to "Confirmed if at 11+ group buy price"? Anybody else in the uncomfirmed in that category, ie just looking for a lower price? Kim also mentioned there were other people .. are they on prime? Do they count towards the GB?

During the last group buy, some guys did some near-black combos that looked great. There was black suede on just the bottom and seat back cushions (which "grips" your clothes well and holds you in your seat better if you track the car), and then there was the gray perforated seat cushion combo which looked real schnazzy. I think there were a few pictures posted (not sure of that).

If it were my black/black car, I'd go with black/charcoal for sure, and I'd seriously consider black/silver, depending on what their silver leather looked like. I think it would be refreshing to lighten up the interior a bit, while still leaving the stealthy look of the all black exterior. If your windows are tinted, you won't see the interior that much from outside.

I contacted everyone who had ever sent me an inquiry for their NSX with a link to this thread, so they would be on here by now........be sure to pass the word around to felow members- that really makes a difference. I'm glad alot of you are trying to figure out leather color(s) right now because I don't really want to be sending out samples at the very end of the group buy. "Aiken Drum"; I would definately suggest something to give your covers a custom look such as colored stitching, embroidery, or even perforated inserts look very nice. If you are interested in something like the silver inserts, we have a very nice BMW silver in stock........your choice! For those of you who plant to order a few accessories with their seat covers, you have to mention this when we speak over the phone and I am taking your order. For anyone who is just going with a few accessories, you can order any time as the accessories have one set price for this group buy!

Sorry Dave, did you email me your address?? It's hard to distinguish between everyone on here and when they email me. If you have, please let me know what your email address is and I'll look up your file and check to see if samples have been sent out for you. As far as the imola orange, I don't think we'll be able to find something very close to that considering we only have one orange in stock and it's more of a burnt orange. If you don't mind spending the extra money to special order it, I can have my boss look into finding some if it exists............Let me know!
