I have been working with the manager and chef at Dinallo’s and we have come up with a nice workable sit-down dinner for approximately 34-38 guests. In order to cap it at $60 (this amount includes the gratuity and tax), here is what will be offered:
First: Salad or Appetizer
Second: Pasta
Third: Entree (choice of 3)
Last: Coffee, Tea or Soda and Dessert (choice of 3 desserts)
Because it is a Saturday night, the chef would like to know in advance, for a dish count, which you would prefer:
Salad or appetizer. (keep in mind there is a pasta course as well)
Fish, chicken or veal entree.
Cannoli, chocolate cake or homemade ricotta cheese cake.
If there are any special dietary requirements we would need to know in advance to arrange for the chef to do something separate.
appetizer = hot and cold antipasto
pasta = linguini con saisccie (homemade linguini in red sauce with sausage)
fish = salmon with sauteed fresh tomato in balsamic reduction
veal = veal sorentina (eggplant, prosciutto, mozzarella with tomato sauce)
chicken = pollo vino bianco (marsala style only white wine instead)
Please let us know your selection so that we can get an idea ahead of time. This will prevent some of the minor food course "time lapses" from last year.
Thank you.
