Quick Lower Intake Air Temperature fix

My Taxi Ride back home, I read on the forum somehwhere about how anyone could get tired of 500hp, both these guys did, now they are above the 600 RWHP mark. Sick does not begin to describe them, I think I have the Porsche carbon Fiber seat enblem permently etched in my back. Acceleration came on right after idle, and continued to what seemed like 10,000 rpms, only to shift to a higher gear and do it again. Obviously the difference in $$ is considerable, between our cars and the P cars, but it dosent take away from the rush.

Great looking taxis! The nice thing abou the FX500 is you can have 500HP when you want and if you feel like 650, switch channels! Very cool.

Your car is much better looking IMO than the P-cars and much less common. The FX500 on there should be enough to keep up with the best of them. Of course the AWD of the P-cars would certainly help put the power down.

Are you really thinking of FX500?

Other than enjoying the ride home I asked myself "How much is enough?" (go fast crack pipe came to mind ) Im sitting in a rocket with 600 plus HP with every upgrade imaginable, including titanium brakes and full GT3 suspension, and he was thinking of changing out the exhaust for added hp Although the FactorX kit while still in its infancy, sounds very apealing because of the power, I am very happy with 420 to 430 RWHP.

Which kit are you talking about for that? Is your BBSC making that much now? I thought you were around 360. (but that was a while ago)

388 last dyno boosting 6 lbs, I will get to those numbers or very close once finished with the aftercooler and go up in boost a bit.

That is awesome! I am hoping to hook up with Romeo this weekend in atlanta. He is pushing 460 or so to the wheels with his BBSC.

I'm saddened by the damage, but comforted by the fact that no one was injured. It's great that you are looking on the bright side towards the opportunities this accident may have presented you. He was charged with the accident and received a ticket. His insurance company received a phone call from me, and my fishing buddy the attorney has been told to warm up in the bull pen in case we go to extra innings.

I negotiate contracts day in day out, and this is one negotiation that's keeping me up at night. Once she conspires with her older sister I might have to sell of the NSX to pay for their weekend getaway plans.

I'm sorry for your incident too... given that I just got some punk ass back into my driver's side last Friday, I couldn't feel more worst than seeing yours got damage too. I don't know if it's luck or not, my damage is not as bad as yours, but I'm still pretty angry about it, it happened at a private parking lot so the police didn't cited him either.

my damage? front wheels, front fender, door, rear qtr. panel. Yes, and I just got a drunk guy dented my panel not too long ago... details are here

Wow that sucks big-time. I just got mine back not too long ago. After a $13,000.00 repair after hitting a curb. I did want to ask what kind of hood you have. Is that from Dali??

Armando -- What a bummer. If you ever consider a conversion, I was really happy with how the GT bumper looks in white. Good luck with the repair and returning it to the road as soon as possible.

sorry this had to happen, but good thing you and the duaghter are okay.
