I've got a question that came up when I was looking at a '95 NSX-T over at a local used car dealer. It was red, and it had a black roof like the '91-94s. According to the "changes by year" in the FAQ, the '95s were supposed to have the same color top as the body. Were there 95s produced with the red/black combination, or has this one been painted?

Thanks for answering!

I knew of one just like that where the owner had the top painted black, but that car was near Wisconsin I thought.

Did u make sure it was really a targa?

Yep, sure did...It was a targa. The '95 model year didn't have the coupe option, anyway.

I didn't stick around for long, since I don't like the smell of used car salesmen. I did like hanging around the two NSX's he had on his lot, though, until the stench got too strong and the B.S. got too deep. The dealer told me he got it at an auto auction in the Northeast somewhere and paid about 45k for it. The car has 49,000 miles on it, and didn't seem like a great "deal" at the 49K asking price. I didn't get the VIN run on CarFax or any of that, basically because his lowest price is well above of my highest.

However, he does have a nice-loooking low-mileage (13K) '97 Spa Yellow that he wants $60K for. It's well out of my price range, too, but it would be a nice car for someone looking for one of these.
