Would I be right to think that this adjustable spoiler was only produced by Honda for R&D purposes to deliver the best angle for the fixed spoiler? I ask this as the NSX is considered by many to be one of the best balanced cars, so surely obtaining the right angle for the spoiler would maintain the F to R balance of the non NSX-R model as well as inproving the new aero package?

You are right about that.
As I know from an japanese R&D engineer, the R spoiler is still a 'high speed' spoiler.
The standard version provides downforce, but not as much as the adjustable prototype version can offer. (option for 64 different settings)

Thats spoiler is not everyones taste, but efficient for the track use.
I heard that some of the NSX'ers do that :biggrin:
It will be a very (Procar) special part, hopefully.

Jeff, this is how the NSX-R JDM spoiler looks at our car.
We allowed to put the R stickers on it, like you wanted it :wink:

the white NSX-R dont have a cf trunk, and only the side parts of this adjustable spoiler are cf.
This car is the 1th NA2R which was built, a car with a lot of prototype
parts. A real track rat with an amazing engine and gearbox.

Finished the install of my latest Procar parts. NA1 NSX-R hood + screen with top side painted for OEM look. Door mirrors are just superb.

Both items were perfect bolt on fitment. Having seen an OEM hood only 2 weeks ago, I prefer the Procar finish to the underside. Mirrors are a one-off production for RHD.

Thanks Paul, it was really a huge amount of work getting the RHD side mirrors work, our cf mirrors are made for the LHD.
It was the 2nd set worldwide.

But we like to work on special projects, thats a big challenge.

the RHD cf door insert project is finished too since this morning, a quick shot from the driver side panel.

we are selling our VOLK TE37 wheel set in bronze
7.5x17 / 9.5x18 (no tires)
including valves, centercaps and duraluminium lug nuts
The set looks like new

Because of the large number of inquiries (sorry, maybe we forgot to answer the one or other inquiry)
we decided to produce some more of the cf center consoles.
(LHD, OEM style with standard radio)
We have very small capacities because AMG Mercedes needs nearly our full production capacity,
but the NSX is still our passion.

The next unit should be produced after 1th week in october, the next one 4 weeks later.
(Yes, we do need 4 weeks for a single unit)
We also plan to produce 2 or 3 sets of cf door inserts until end of the year.

The part looks the same as installed at our showcar

because of incoming preorders we started the new production line of Procar NSX cf B-pillars and Procar cf side vents yesterday.

Means.....new molds and newest production methods.....with 100% fitment
garantee.

As soon we have produced 5 sets of each, we will start shipment for preorders and the 'official' sale.......

Hondas new V10 engine is actually in germany for some special tests.
Its a well known company who also did the full engine development program for the Bugatti Veyron.
This company has dynamic test stands for oil flow measurement under extreme conditions (track cornering)

And yes, this engine has ITB'S :smile:
Tried to make some pictures, but all is still top secret.
