Procar Specials NSX

Paul, please look at the pictures, you can see that we use
a special system for installation.
We are pround that we didnt drill any additional hole into the fenders or doors.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is the special system for installation you used to fix the NSX-R door panels without drilling the holes?

From the pictures it looks like a lot of 3M DP420 or 460 adhesive and or brown packing tape...

Yes, its a doublesided tape from 3M, the best adhesive they do produce.
I have to check the exact specification.
As additional fixation we used black glass adhesive, finally a perfect combination.

The Procar NSX-RR (Replica) is back.

After 4 months of hard work, we completed the 2002+ conversion.
The car is over 30 kg lighter than before, we changed too many details to list all.
The main mods:
We produced a very light aluminium bumper beam, also some cnc headlight brackets
The hood is a new construction (NA2RR hood) which is plug and play and don’t need an alignment. The prototype is 1.9 kg.
The complete front underbody is closed now.
We installed an JDM NSX-R battery, which is 7.9 kg. (OEM 16.9kg)
Also a new brake kit and new tires.
The NSX-R shift lights are working now, all is free programmable.

Hope you like impressions from today…..

THIS NSX IS SO HOT!!!!!

Detlef, that front spoiler looks different than my '02. Can you say more about it?

That part is standard. Because the NSX-R under aero plastic cover is installed straight behind, maybe the contoures looks different.
If the car is on the lifter next time, we will take some more pictures.
This will happen if the new and longer front diffusor is produced.

Also, what are your plans on production of the NA2RR hoods... do you plan on making a paintable verson?
Limited edition of 10 full cf units because the most of our customers prefer that version.
If there is a special wish for a spec 1 hood (top side paintable) we can produce this too, no problem, Sir.
The price is a bit lower, we have to calculate that.

Each hood comes with production number and the fitment is tested at our car. So we can give a fitment warranty.

whatkind of rotors are those?
330mm AP from UK

will they fit an '00?
yes

Do you ever do group buys?
Thought you guys in USA have many BBK choices.
AP products are very expensive, so I dont think there is a market for
my brake kit.

My brake specs:
330mm AP rotors front and rear
cnc machined aluminium rotor hubs and adapters,
cnc machined screws
NSX-R JDM Nissin calipers
NSX-R JDM Nissin high performance brake pads

Detlef, what's the difference between the standard '97-05 calipers and the NSX-R calipers (other than the satin black finish)?
