You wrote earlier in this thread that the front undercover doesn't fit pre 2002 front.
can you tell me what's reason it doesn't fit.
is there a similiary pice for the old fashion front or is it possible to adapt that undercover to fit the old front.

2 things to know.
we have the cf frontplate, which does fit with all NSX's.
For the newer 2002+ car, small mods have to be done, but its possible to use it too. (different shape of the battery tray, not sure why Honda changed that)

The under aero plastic cover dont will fit with the 1991-2001 front bumper, because they are completly different in contour.
We have tested that, now with the 2002+ front bumper we can adapt that aero plastic cover again.
There is no simular piece for the old bumper available from Honda, the old NSX-R dont have that.
We drilled 5 additional holes into the subframe (The NSX-R frame is different) but finally it will fit all with all 'new front converted' NSX's.

As we know from the Honda race guys, that will be a big improvement in aerodynamic in combination with the frontplate.

Our front plate is 7 cm too short to connect with the plastic piece, thats the reason why we produce a special version for a perfect combination.
(We should be able to post pictures until end of next month, if some of our bigger projects can be showed)

Its the 1th set worldwide, who has the european (german) LHD spec with the E proof sign, which
has to be on it for the german TÜV

This weekend, we wanna install the new bumper and headlights.

The new NA2RR hood prototype is in the vacuum stove and will be ready for installtion next monday.

Are they replicas that are made by ProCar? If so, are they able to be opened up to repaint the white to colormatch? Can you colormatch? Could you PM me a price?

These are OEM headlights for the german market, one of 5 versions which Honda do sale.
We did the R conversion, because the JDM R version is RHD and worthless
here.

But its cheaper getting the JDM R originals, thats fact.

The RR hood needs no alignment and this hood is lighter.
The prototype is produced and will get the final layout finish next 2 weeks.
Than we will start to do the test drives.

Because the standard NA2R hood is is a direct replica and the mold is the same as the JDM NSX-R NA2 hood, it also has the same fitment issues.
We still have one of these hoods here.

The actual status of our winter projects:
the 2002+ R front and side conversion comes to an end....
last weekend we installed the new headlights and the new superlight bumper incl. NSX-R under aero plastic cover and new cf plate.
All is perfect, after nearly 4 months of work.
Amazing how much details are not viewable, but was very time consuming.

The 1th unit of the new Procar NA2RR hood in complete exposed carbonfiber spec is in the vacuum stove now for 12 hours.....we are very excited to see that new toy installed at the car. The weight is 2.1 kg.

The NSX-R shift light circuit board is also produced and can be tested soon.

Seems that the car can be driven again in april....its getting time now.

Yes, the ash tray lid is in production now.

We still need some extra time, the Nürburgring racing season began today and thats the time where we cant work on our projects.

The cf door side plates for all these switches comes next few weeks.
