Post your aftermarket sideview mirrors!

With some modification I think we can fit the S2k spoon mirrors on the nsx.

man i wanna see the spoons on a stock body , spoon is skinner and sleeker and cleaner imo, than the do luck mirrors, but do luck is powered which is a plus

so will the s2k base work on nsx?

I looked into this before and noticed that the base for the s2k mirrors is different from nsx. imo, either you modify the existing base or have it custom made.

Do they? I dont think they do at all. I mean the entire car possibly looks a bit dated, but the mirrors dont jump out at me.

I guess some folks do essentially redesign the entire car with the extent of the exterior "enhancement". IMO its no longer an NSX at that point, but to each his own!

To me, all of these aftermarket mirror options look a *lot* worse than stock though. If doing it for weight, because of actually tracking the car, I "get it" from a practical standpoint.

Stock looks very dated and resembles models from the civic, I use 2008 corvette mirrors with slightly modded bases. I have a widebody and they extend enough to see better. I have been told they look similar to stock but updated.

I suck at posting photos so, go to my build section for photos....

man they look great also

i think Spoon simply discontinued them and any part for the NSX... :frown:

They still sell NSX exhaust.

only item i found on the japanese site was the rear view mirror and that is because it fits the other cars.

spoon pulled out of the US, so even that is hard to come by.

My bad. That was J's racing.

Sorry for bumping an old thread. I stumbled upon some mirrors I found to be interesting. The most information I could find is that this classic Fairlady is built by Rocky Auto in Japan and the mirrors are custom made in house. Just thought they were a cool design to share.

Custom bases and custom mirrors. They adjust at the base so you can basically angle them any way you like. I do have an extra set though, I sourced them through a friend and bought a back up just in case anything ever happened.

Has anyone installed any mirrors with lighted blinkers? I'm loving the blinker design mercedes has on its e-class mirror.
