Anyone ever get these from umbrellautodesign?

Just purchased a set of Procar CF mirrors. Just haven't installed them yet.

I'm running the VS mirrors. Thinking about getting a F1 style type instead. I only see my rear fenders, needs something thats sits a bit higher.

I think I have these same mirrors and the base are CF so I just left them alone. I think it looks fine.

I've been trying to get a set of real Dome GT mirrors from their "garage sales" for the past couple years. They seem to have destroyed them all.

My idea now is to make a hybrid of the Spoon S2000 mirror and Dome GT mirror from scratch... so many projects, so little time... ;)

I'm too needy. I refuse to instal something on my car that loses function. Other than DoLuck, no aftermarket mirror alows you to retain mirror controls. Isn't that a step backwards?

Are you constantly changing the position of your mirrors?

I have been going back and forth the past two years about the craftsquares. In some angles, they just look too small.

I'll play guinea pig for you... do a photoshoot after wheels come in

GruppeM mirrors retain the use of the controls as well.

Yes, but not the point. The NSX comes with adjustable mirrors. So you are willing to throw that away just to have generic CFRP mirrors that are on every riced out Civic? Then you are degrading your car 2 fold in my eyes. Looks cheap and is.

Ouch! To each his own, but personally I did it to remove the last bit of annoying weight from a car that's been put on a track diet. If I go back to a street car formula I'll throw my oem mirrors back on but for now they look too much like elephant ears

No doubt the OEM mirrors look a bit dated. That's why I'm following this thread. I want options, but I prefer them to be proper.

Do they? I dont think they do at all. I mean the entire car possibly looks a bit dated, but the mirrors dont jump out at me.

I guess some folks do essentially redesign the entire car with the extent of the exterior "enhancement". IMO its no longer an NSX at that point, but to each his own!

To me, all of these aftermarket mirror options look a *lot* worse than stock though. If doing it for weight, because of actually tracking the car, I "get it" from a practical standpoint.

I feel the same too. If I ever going to get an aftermarket one I will go for the Spoon side mirrors which is the replicar of the SuperGT NSX mirror and designed to look good and proper on the NSX. Any others cheapen the look unless the car is built for track.

I think the OEM mirrors on the NSX looks plenty good enough, its elegant and flows.

The only other mirrors I could imagine would look OE and beautiful on an NSX is the Spoon mirros which are kind of like mini street version of the Super GT NSX cars and the similiar looking but more sqaured, muscular looking mirrors from the S2000.
