Where can you safely park Xs in Flushing? Especially on weekends. I suggest the Pepsi Campus Gardens in White Plains. It is a really beautiful spot with lots of parking, picnic area, lawns and great outdoor sculpture. We could park without having other cars around us; last time I was there I thought this would make a great meet location.

I was in main street flushing today with my car. dim sum for lunch is cool. problem is where we going to park out cars haha. Tytus has a point about parking safely in flushing unless we took over a municipal lot by Union haha. I am down for the river one if anyone else here is up for it

I usually park my car in the pay lot on the corner of prince st and 39th ave by flushing mall. Never had a problem there. As for regular weekend meets How about Shea Stadium Marina or the mall off 20th ave ??
Instead of the heart of Flushing where all the traffic are, we can go to East Manor...close to the LIE or East on Queens Blvd where they have their own parking lot. Just a suggestion.

I will be at Bear Mtn. this Wed between 6pm and 6:30 at the front of the Inn parking area. At 6:30, we go in thru gate to lawn area. It would be nice to have a few X's go in together and park together.
Maybe we can on Wed nite discuss some Flushing weekend runs or any other convenient centrally located areas for members.
A quick drive up Perkins Memorial Dr. at 6:30 for some scenic vista. And even back by 7 for the BM lawn party.
