Good to know that you are not missing this year's NSXPO. I was planning to leave on Sunday night or Monday morning if there is no autocross and leave on Monday afternoon if there is. I'm still flexible. I just want to save a day of vacation.

How long does it take to get to Scottsdale, AZ from LA/OC?

That depends on how fast you drive

I make that trip at least once a year (spring training baseball, I'm a huge Angels fan) and it takes me roughly 6 hours (including one stop for gas and a leak) and I keep it to reasonable speeds (ie roughly 7 MPH over the limit).

My trip is Dana Point to Scottsdale.

where are you getting the info on autocross?

Where is the OC crowd staying? Lodging ideas?
I called and had to book the night of the 6th at the Hampton Inn
(AAA $89.00) as the Embassy Suites is already full that day.
Got in at the Embassy Suites for the 7th 8th & 9th ($129.00 NSXPO rate)

They said they had safe parking at both, but I have never stayed at either.

Just a heads up as things seem to be filling up.
Anyone familiar with the area / Lodging, etc.?

MCM - Did you call the hotel directly to make your reservations? As noted on the registration brochure, any nights outside of the NSXPO dates must be reserved by calling the hotel directly at (602) 765-5800. The local Embassy Suites reservations personnel on property have to book all dates outside of the NSXPO dates in order to get the NSXPO rate. I just called to make sure that rooms are available on the 6th and they ARE.

I can't comment about the Hampton Inn parking as I've never been there, but the Embassy Suites parking is quite safe and will have security on patrol to even further assure that problems don't occur.

Hope that helps you out and we look forward to seeing everyone!

Yes, I called directly.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm..........

Thanks, just called back and there was mysteriously a room for me on the 6th?
Thanks again! Got all 4 nights..............

Great MCM! Glad that you were able to get the room for the 6th. Strange that they didn't make it happen the first time, but at least it is all taken care of now.

If anyone has any other NSXPO questions they can ask us on Prime or email at [email protected]. All registration questions would go to nsxtasy.

NSXPO 2005 is right around the corner!

Sorry, at 6' 3" I needed a king......
Reg works great. But if you click back on it, you get this.
(But it does get through)

Hey Guys:

on a separate but related subject, I just received a Black Polo shirt from the NSXCA.ORG website that has the NSXPO 2005 logo on the left chest and I added "So Cal Caravan" to the left sleeve (in Gold). It looks GREAT!

I think everyone in the caravans from So Cal should get one!

I ordered mine on Thursday and got it today (monday)

It only costs $42 (including shipping)

Let's show some So Cal Solidarity at NSXPO!!!
