Valerie looks much happier now that all of the craziness of NSXPO 2003 is behind us.

Mark, Amy, Valerie, and I decide to unwind by spending a couple of relaxing nights at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay. And, before we head out, we have to snap shots of our NSXs with the pumpkin display.

The only thing missing from this shot is that Imola Orange NSX.

After Valerie and I depart from Half Moon Bay, we take our time heading back along the California coastline. Before night falls in Monterey, we head out on the famous 17 Mile Drive.

The 17 Mile Drive provides a stunning backdrop for the NSX...would have spent more time taking good pics, but the sun was going down fast.

Heading south on Highway 1 towards Big Sur is a lot of fun in the NSX.

We stop for coffee, pastries (and to take a couple of photos) at the Big Sur Bakery before heading on to San Simeon. We spend a night in Cambria before heading home.

Shortly after returning home, I clean my NSX to remove all evidence of our road-and-track trip. I'm surprised...though I had her parked outside on many dewey mornings, my car has no water spots!

Unfortunately, one thing cannot be washed away. Something that splashed my windows during the Thursday drive between Comptech and Napa permanently etched the glass of my windshield and passenger door window. Both will have to be replaced...OUCH! :(

The above photos are merely a small sampling of the many shots that Valerie and I took during NSXPO 2003. I do plan to post the 6 megapixel versions at ImageStation, but it will take me some time to edit all 1500+ of them. And I have several panoramas to assemble!

Eric,

Those pics are absolutely sweet. And I must say Valerie took awesome shots as well!!! You guys do such a terrific job!!

(And finally a pic of my car on the track!!! :D)

THANKS!!!!!!

-Randy

Thanks, Randy. Valerie only snapped a few of your car on the track...but at least two additional shots of your car turned out pretty good, so you'll definitely want to download the full res versions once I've posted them.

Unfortunately, all of the shots we took during the caravan from San Rafael to Sacramento were way out of focus (I had switched the camera to manual before handing the camera to Valerie). There were shots in that batch that would have been way cool.

BTW, your shots are awesome. I felt so rushed throughout NSXPO that I didn't think about setting up shots like you did...I just took whatever I could, whenever I could.
