NSX or Boxster S ? Help!

Ok ok, so i made a decision to sell my c5 and buy either a 1993-1997 NSX or a 1999-2002 Porsche Boxster S... Anyone drove both cars that can give me their impressions??

You shouldn't compare the Boxter to the NSX. If Boxter is the type of car you're looking for, get a brand new S2000.
