NSX License plates frames in Oregon

For Oregon people out there (Hal, I think you have one), I understand that generic plate frames don't always work for Oregon because of our tag placements and laws, etc.

Where can I get an NSX chrome plate frame that will work for Oregon, any tips would be appreciated.
