Related thought on point. On occasion I walk my dog near a dealership. The dealership has had an Accord V6 2006 with 28K miles on sale
for at least a year. The price "advertised" is $17.8K. Being as generous as possible I cannot get KBB higher then $17.3. Point being, they are just
motivated to sell for less then the top of the range. I looked at the carfax they offered and it may be that they have owned the car since 2011
as the last mileage noted in 2011 was the same mileage as now.
If you have a price in mind and someone wants it as long as you are not in a hurry - wait.
