NSX bodykits

I wouldn't get the clear tail lights if i were you. You'll be getting tickets!!! Oh yeah.. those APC euro tail lights??? They are all getting recalled. Even though they were DOT approved the cops don't give a ****. I was ticketed for bald tires when my tread is at 50%, and tinted windows in the back? LOL. They must really hate me or something.

I think they're just stopping you to check out those racey-looking JGTC bodykits you have on your NSXs
All of those are a complete sin to commit on a car as gorgeous as a NSX. Why mess with fine art!!?? Thats like putting a body kit on a Ferrari.

My thoughts exactly!!!!!!!!!! Well said prancing horse. I wish these guys would do their backyard experiments on dime-a-dozen Toyota corollas or civics and NOT on a car as limited and well built as an NSX. Do they know that there are less than 5,000 left on the road including all years since 91? I mean, that's less than 100 per state! To take a car as well built as the NSX and try to improve on it is just ignorant IMO.

Wow! And your OPINION must be law then. Is there anyone else's tastes we can bash here? Let's see. Oh, I know, how about guys that modify their suspension. It must be stupid to change what comes from the factory to something as obsolete as TEIN coil overs. And how about those idiots who put superchargers on their rides. What are they thinking?

Yes, it should be. This will cut down on the large amount of NSXs with these hideous body kits.
These are not tastes, these are the individuals meager attempts to gain acceptance with the general public due to there insecurity with themselves. Freud will explain this in much more detail, if you like. If you want to explore your tastes, then the Civic and the aftermarket has endless resources for you to do so, not on a artistic machine such as the NSX.
For the individuals seeking improved performance and functionality then what the stock suspension can provide, I commend that. However, these body kits are nothing more then fashion over function.
Your taking this out of context, sir. The intent of IMPROVING the NSXs capability (i.e. suspension, SC, etc.) is a noble thing to do. But these bodykits do nothing but lower the quality and soul the engineers at Honda envisioned.
I believe you are the only one that is frustrated here, my friend. BBs are sharing each others opinions while learning at the same time.
The point of my opinion can best be stated with this metaphor : using a Monet to let your kids practice finger painting is unacceptable.

i have to agree with the monet analagy. where i came from growing up, most people were poor and modifications were made for performance, not looks. knew a kyd who had a small block nitrous datsun pickup with huge tires.
anyway, why bend over backwards trying to make a beautiful woman look like another beautiful woman. dump her and move on or enjoy the one your with. all that plastic surgery just pisses em off. however, i do consider bigger tits to be in the performance category. speaking of which, how bout those new headlights?
