New Pics of my Yellow NSX-R Replica

Looks good, although you're too far down the nsx-r road to avoid the final two details: installing red/kevlar seats, and painting the inside of your headlights white. After that it would be aesthetically perfect.

two questions, do you have the blanks that fill in the bumper holes, and did you have your stock fenders modified to remove the indicators, or are these non-US fenders?

To answer your ?'s.....

Well I did get the real type-r na2 seat covers in black, just waiting to find a set of nsx-r seats.. Also, I am still deciding whether to change the headlights, not sure how they would look... And yes I have the blanks, just not installed right now. And I did replace the fenders with the JDM ones...
Thanks for checking it out and let me know if you have any other questions..

Looks sweet. I havent seen anyone do a Yellow NSX-R conversion... they all go with the white look. I'm loving it! Great work. Post up pics all the time!

I like. Is that a real NSX-R diffuser? Do you have the part number for it? I checked your profile and seems like you also own a 360 Modena. Could you post some photos of your NSX and the Modena together? That would be great.

Thanks for the comments... Its been a long project and journey but its almost 100% finally.... It started as a na1 c0upe and yes thats the real Type-R diffuser...(good eye).. I also swaped out the carpet, shift boot, knob and stearing wheel with Type-R parts... I'll post more pics in the future..

Thanks

Frank,

f'ing awesome. Let me know when the car is back in East Brunswick, im excited to see that thing:wink: Everyone's rocking the white NSX-R's, but I think yellow gets the job done:cool:

Car is SICK!!!!!........uhmmmmmm could you just PM me the address of where it's kept when you get it back I wanna just try out my new camera...lol

Car is amazing, truly a nice payoff for what i know has been a lot of hard work for you.

One thing to consider would be changing the wheel color to gunmetal silver. This was an option on the custom order program with Honda and in my honest opinion would be a nice contrast to the beutiful yellow paint.

Frank, your car looks tight! I know in keeping w/ the NSX-R replica, you went w/ the white rims, but I think this NSX would look awesome if the same rims were in black or black w/ yellow lip, it would look very sinister. It's certainly sweet none the less.

Yes, this was the car that was on Speedvision. At that time the car had the stoptech bigbrake kit and the R.O.H. modena wheels on it. I kept the modena wheels as well. Mike I will defi nately get in contact with you when the car is back, finally I can go to some meets.
Also, the car is painted spa-yellow. Started as a 91 Na1 coupe. I felt that the coupe is the only way to do the conversion to keep the type-r theme. Thanks again, for all the compliments. Frank
