Not sure about the entire bumper, but the rear lower valance was definitely repainted, because it should be mostly silver, but should be painted black around and on the grill parts. This car has it completely painted silver. This is DEFINITELY not a factory paint job.

The reason why I didn't buy the car was because they didn't want to budge from the $58,000 that they were asking a few months ago. The repaint is no big deal if they can disclose why it was painted. And, if the lower part was replaced because it got damaged in a parking lot, I'd still buy the car for what you paid.
