How much trouble is it to hook up a 2002 header system to my 1994 NSX? Are there any good exhaust shops on Long Island that can do this without screwing it up? Thanks.

install is very easy. its best if you have the rest of the exhaust system also.

you'll need to extend the o2 sensor wire. you can either buy one for 80$ or the shop can make one for you

happy motoring

Umm, no.

It isn't as easy as you might think. There is a difference between 97-99 and 00+ headers.

Here's my experience with 03 headers on a 91:

http://www.nsxprime.com/forums/showthread.php?t=95399

Summary of NA2 headers fitment on an NA1:

97-99 NA2 headers: You will need 95-99 cats and exhaust OR SOS adapter pipes (or stock 95-96 adapter pipes) to connect to your 91-94 NA1 cat/exhaust.

00-05 NA2 headers: You will need 00+ cats and exhaust. There is no substitute unless you have a shop extend one of the aforementioned adapter pipes to fit your NA1 exhaust.

Is the stock rear sway bar an issue related to 2002 header, or later model cat/muffler, as I plan on only changing the header on my 1994 NSX.
