My last time at Sacramento Raceway was back on 10/24/2003 and had my best times on my 5th run. It was exactly 6:14pm and if I remembered right, the temperature was around 70 degrees. Here are the numbers:

Had a few 13.3's and 13.4's later that evening but couldn't beat that one run. This is with the following mods.
17x8 and 18x10 Volk AV3 wheels with 215/40/17 and 275/35/18 S-02 tires. (very heavy setup)
Lowered with Bilstein shocks set at lower spring perch with stock springs.
Comptech headers and exhaust. Japanese Short Gears. Davis race clutch. Junn lightweight flywheel. Cantrell AIS scoop to a Comptech Unifilter. No spare tire and no tool kit in the trunk. I am about 200 lbs so hopefully you get the idea of what the car is capable of.
Since my previous post of a best of 13.6 at 103.8, I was able to acheive better times with eliminating the K&N FIPK and changing it over to the Cantrel AIS with Comptech Unifilter. I also added the Comptech headers and that was it. The previous 13.6 run was with stock 15" & 16" NSX wheels with Yokohama A022 225/50/16 tires which are actually alot lighter than my 18" Volks.
