The floor is $98k for another 2017 NSX that had 39k miles on it with a clean title. There have been a few with under 5k miles that sold for $110k-$115k with clean titles.

Other than the lemon issues the car was loved and cared for by Doc so hopefully you can figure out the fix since it otherwise was a properly treated car.
