Michigan check-in & spotting by blodi pt.2

It's a nice day but be alert... The temperatures are still cold. The summer tires are not adhering very well today!

Such good advice and every fall into winter yes, I need to remind myself that the curves in ________ are not doable now when colder rubber and bumpy surfaces (a Michigan thing) make for chaos.

81 miles yesterday, mostly in a fog  It was Taitec GT Lightweight the entire drive. Never turned audio on and cell phone be damned!

Now that is hilarious AND awesome! Ho ho ho! Downforce indeed!
Should have gotten a car with a hatch.......or just suck it up and get a minivan.....DID I REALLY SAY THAT? Why yes, yes I did!:smile:
Enjoy.

Ryan has the best collection of fun cars in the world. I know he is fighting that minivan with all his essence.

I am just kind of enjoying the fact that Judi burned her 100th post talking smack, this thread needs moar smack ;-P

Happy New Year! Browsing through NSX Mag while cleaning a 13B engine housing after enjoing a great Michigan victory.

Earlier this week during press days, there were two new NSXs, one at the Acura stand and one in the back in the CNET Roadshow display. I would think at least the one at the Acura booth will be there throughout public days.

I spoke with a friend of mine who is part of the event planning of the Belle Isle Grand Prix. They are reaching out to car clubs for the exotic car corral on belle isle during Grand Prix weekend, he was wondering if our Nsx group would be interested. I told him about the weekly meeting at CJ's, he's going to stop by if you guys don't mind. Just want a few minutes of our time, if you'd like his number you can pm me for it.

If they're acceptable to a lowly FD...count me in!

Just something to cure the winter boredom...got the new engine in the Z this weekend and got it fired up last night! Pics and vid...

We went to Florida last week for some vacation. I thought we'd take the S2000 but got it stuck in the driveway in 1 inch of snow, 1 inch!!!!!!
We took the Mustang instead.

Hey everyone,

Just a friendly reminder...should anyone be interested we're planning another drive this summer from Chicago around the lake and up to Traverse City and the surrounding area. Last year we did the trip and were fortunate to have Rob join us. Everyone had a lot of fun! This year we're planning on July 16-17. Please consider joining us. If you have any questions there's a thread under Chicago subforums or feel free to pm me.

I would be interested in Belle Isle. Anyone have a need for methanol? I have around 4 gallons which is looking for ahome.

alum04org told me I should introduce myself here.

Steven Sherman; live at Sherman Farms in Superior Township, Michigan. Fortunate enough to own a 1996 Acura NSX-T, all original, Formula Red.

Steven good to meet you. Your minty /96 will have plenty of Formula Red company if we see you this spring/summer -- my /94, sca037's /92 or /93 (can't remember) and blodi's monster. Are there really only three of us Formula Reds around these parts in addition to Steven? Who am I forgetting?

Best,
Jeff
