Looking for a old and/or misused NSX to start a longterm project. Car doesn't need to start but it is preferred. No frame damage, but front and/or rear damage ok. Looking to give an NSX some needed TLC. I use Edmunds' True Market Value to calculate how much I will pay, but looking for something under 20K.
