Good luck bidding, guys, this particular pair's Current Bid is US $8,200.00 and it had went up to US $80,000.00 :eek: (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Limited-Edi...6190632?pt=US_Men_s_Shoes&hash=item4aae8f0da8) at one point before 41 bids got cancelled (due to "Unable to verify seriousness of bid").

As cool as its concept and as well as for a good cause, IMHO, these shoes are still pretty fugly and hard to convince myself to pay that money for a pair.
 
Read a bit about the introduction party for these. Great bit of marketing. I don't have 8k to spend on shoes but I'm sure these will sell out quickly. Nike has a huge cult following that I'm only now just aware of.
 
I would so get a pair since I'm a huge fan if only it was around the $700 ballpark.

I did notice there was a discount if you wore a size 7 versus a 10.

Come'on guys! It's the shoes from Back to the Future II. That entire movie series was awesome! It's like saying the DMC Delorean is fugly. It's the freaking Time Machine! :smile:

but no video of the auto laces. so how do you laces them?

if they auto laced then I would wear them.
