Is there a housing bubble brewing?

Seems like everything is a bubble right now.

The next bubble now is all these crowd sourcing and funding rounds of tech startups
everyone raising millions and billions for anything regardless of market history
All of a sudden if a company is doing well for 1 or 2 years their a solid investment, even if they haven't made any money yet!
Uber..

Its a joke when companies that have only been in business for a few years are talked about like good investments.
Apple to me still has not proven itself until it has a 20 year history of profits. It was in crapper not long ago.
Facebook they will be here until society gets tired of it and something more interesting comes along.

AOL was the biggest thing since sliced bread and most responsible for widespread social integration of email, no teenager even knows what that is.
