KW V-3's

Yes, it's the skyhook. Still want to know if kw makes something for it. It's too high. I need to lower it and then spend 4k on a VRH to raise it. LOL
 
Here's one answer for those inquring about KW Competitions.
Sorry guys.

Jim,

The Competition Program has little to no discount and is very time consuming for the amount of profit.

I would not recommend getting involved in that.

Yes, that is the base platform for the gransport, but what I don't get is, do they have something or not? What exactly does "we don't have a listing" mean? means there might be something that fits but we don't know what it is? or that there just isn't one?

At $10,000 it has no profit margin? It must really take a lot of time and material to make this.

It's a little squeaky anyway... LOL... get the clubsports people.
 
My suggestion to you is call KW and ask them your questions to be sure that they do in fact make something that fits your car. If they do, let me know and I'll get the best price possible for them.

I'm just the messenger and just trying to do those that want them a favor.
KW was generious to allow me to give the prices your getting. Bust too many chops and the prices I get go away for everyone.

Makes no difference to me if anyone buys them or not, I have mine :)
Please don't make it any harder or time consuming to deal with it than it is already.

Competitions are not 10 grand either, even at full retail.

Coz, I hope you didn't take my response the wrong way, I just found it interesting. Last I checked in europe they were about 10K. That's where my used set came from and that was the price then. I think I saw a 9K'ish price here? I was just trying to tell people if they want 100% quite it's not the right thing to get.
 
No worries, just a long day, of which the last 4 hours was in the pouring rain putting my sons car on my trailer and towing it home after it died across town where he works.

As far as I know, retail for the Competitions are in the $5000.00 range.
I will probably switch to them for the 2013 season.

Then we can both be squeaky :)

I know I had Billy check specifically around a year ago and it was over 8K. Perhaps KW is working something special out for you. Also these are all custom made to specific specs per order, so perhaps there is no true "retail". Why you want to switch over from clubsports? more adjustment?
