Note, I *finally* got a tank over 30mpg! I've been so close so many times, but this was the first for me.
I spent the first 4 days driving all day long, almost from sunup to sunset, and loved it. I may well do it again next year, but try to change up the roads a bit. If I had to pick a favorite part, it would be the trip across southern Missouri. I was also quite happy with what I found in Tennessee once I got west of The Dragon.
Final Route Map
The trip home would have been perfectly uneventful except the CEL came on about 15 minutes after I started Sunday morning. I kept an eye and ear open and once it was apparent my fuel economy was nominal, I relaxed and just drove home. I'm due for another oil change, so my mechanic can figure it out.
Final pics. The car show was pretty damned good for a small town in Kansas. I believe there were about 1000 cars entered. I saw a lot of tags from Missouri and Arkansas, so people traveled to be here (but not as far as me).
Not many exotics though. Basically it was me, an Elise, and this Diablo.
I tried to represent as best I could.
A couple of my high school buddies had their cars in the show. Both pretty cool cars in their own extremely different ways.
All the car show pics are here.

That's it! Thanks all, see you next time!
