John,
I just paypal-ed my payment to you.
Got it!

Are we eating onsite?
Yes, they have a nice area for eating/watching races.

Any way to get something to eat other than pizza?
You could always brown bag it, but I recommend against it since lunch and drinks are included. If you are vegetarian, there will be a ceasar salad as well as cheese pizzas.

Just noticed you were collecting $. you have been pay pal'd for 2. Me and my son Alex. Please let me know if there is any issue with him participating. he is 11, but really, really wants to try.

Also, I never got a response about my buddy Byron and date. Is this an NSX only event? or can he participate too?

Thanks,
Rick

As long as he meets K1's requirement of minimum height of 5ft/60inch for adults and 4ft / 48inch for kids, then we are good to go!

Anyone can go, and NSX membership is not required.

Due to issues that can't be changed I must miss this great event. Have a very fast trip around the circuit!

UPDATE!!!

Everything is in place and the reservations are locked in. Looks like we are going to have around 30 karters! (give or take). If there is anyone else that would like to attend, please PM me and you can join us!

FYI, Payments need to reach me by MIDNIGHT on Friday, March 4th.

See you there!
John

Hey Guys,

Anyone wants to meet for Breakfast before the race and drive down together???

I am all for it...but I doubt that Dim sum here in OC opens early enough for us and have time to run to the meet.

Ok, let's just meet and drive down together, I think that would be cool too.

Today is the last day to sign up. If you are sending payment, please have it into my paypal account by midnight or if you are mailing it, PM me and make sure to have todays postmark on it.

Total cost is going to be $67 per person, which includes Grand Prix, trophies, lunch and some nsx raffle prizes. The easiest way for me to take payments is thru paypal. Please send $69 ($67 + $2 to cover paypals lovely fee of 3%) to my paypal address. If you have no paypal account and need to send a check, please PM for mailing details.

Our normal OC caravan meeting place is in Irvine, this Starbucks is on Culver/Walnut just south of Fwy 5. This spot is fairly centralize.

Walnut Village
14437 Culver Drive
Irvine, California 92714
949-857-2737

It is in the same parking lot with Trader Joe's and Smart and Final.

Let's say meet there at 8:30 and departing at 9:00. It is exactly 57 miles to K1. We should be there by 10:00.

Any reason we want to be there 1 hour early??

I normally try to be there earlier. People normally chat a bit in the parking lot before they head into the shop. Not sure what we have to get ready before the race. You'd want to get yourselves suited up, pick your helmet if you don't have your own and get settled in.

John, what time do you think we should be there? I'm OK to leave later.
