JDM NSX on UK/US fuel?

I'm currently NSX-less and looking to import a JDM NSX into the UK (where I live). AIUI Japanese fuel is 100 RON, but normal fuel in the UK is 95 RON, although we get Shell Optimax at around 98 RON.

Would I need to get the NSX re-mapped to run on 95/98 RON fuel, or constantly dump octane booster in the tank? Anyone got any experience of running a JDM NSX in either the UK or the US?

No-one got an import, then?

They're not very common. The laws don't make it easy to import cars intended for sale in foreign markets, and the NSX as sold in the U.S. isn't all that different from those sold in the Japanese market. Plus, many of the differences (such as from the original NSX-R) can be accomplished via aftermarket mods. Also right-hand-drive makes them somewhat less appealing as well.

Doh! The RHD thing is exactly why JDM imports are popular in the UK. I should've posted in the Euro section
