from Shinjuku Station take a train to Tokyo station thats only approx 300yen then from TOKYO Station you catch a JR TOHOKU SHINKANSEN Line to UTSUNOMIYA Station takes 60 minutes cost you approx 5000yen then from UTSUNOMIYA Station you catch a bus that going to TWIN RING MOTEGI it takes another 90 minutes cost you aprrox 1500yen or by TAXI but is very EXPENSIVE approx 11000yen
