Putting in a set of Goodridge brake lines. Anybody have any good ideas for getting the existing line off? It's pretty well stuck on there and the 10 mm is very easy to strip. What's my best bet for getting it off?

Lots of Liquid Wrench and a 10mm flare nut wrench. The flare nut wrench grabs the nut on four sides, which keeps it from stripping

Invest in flair wrenches, you can get them at Sears. Secondly, a lot of liquid wrench. I helped my brother-in-law with his and for some reason, we forgot to soak one caliper. Snapped the nut in the caliper and couldn't get it out using a remover, tap, and drill. Finally, bought a new caliper.

Before I forget. DanO, your DIY pages rock! I changed my brake pads following your guide. Some of the other stuff may come in handy as well. Add more when you can! hehe!

I just got back from a track event at buttonwillow and prior to going I had switched out my pads with 2500 ferodo in front and axis ultimate in the rear and changed out the brake fluid to ATE superblue and I had no fade all day. The weather was cool but the braking was outstanding.
