HSC=Next NSX?

I'm posting just to post!it seems that this is a required thread for any prime regular. My only comment of any value is don't hold your breath about the interior. It is my casual observation that the interior is usualy the most unrealisticly styled part of a show concept, and undergoes the most change or normalization in the transition to real car. Also if you look at the exterior dimensions criticly (in inches,so we can relate)they are truley exotic!Oh and I bought the show car, already!!:p

Seems I've been out of the loop again. Kinda late with this post but, I LOVE IT!!!

Though, I Would like to see a larger intake on the side or perhaps an intake on the top rear quarter panel. The rear looks great to me.

I wanna see one in Black

Check it out in the other thread. Neo fullfilled every color dream... ;)

...except Pink. I drew the line at pink coz it looked like the S2000 from 2F2F, and I didn't want that circulating on the Internet. That would kill the HSC's chances before it even reached the dealerships. :D

rrhea : that's a nice job you did on the spa yellow...

Yeah you can definitely see that there is a possibility for some kind of Mclaren or Diablo door type system. The handle is at the top of the car, and that would seem awkward for a normal swing open if you ask me... it'd only make sense to open upward.

In case this isn't a re-post, here ya GO!

No way. IMHO, it will be marketed as an Acura everywhere except in Japan.

.....................IN AUSTRALIA ITS HONDA.

the CONCEPT car is quite lovely. Will be nice to see the final result, maybe i should pop up to Tokyo for a closer look.

The indicators look a bit like a transformer. Nice to see the influence of design style from the street. I would'nt mind modifiying that fella.

Ojas, i like your style ;) very lamborghini 'contachy' lights. (imagine them cut in half and joined)

Interesting to see people wet their pants over car!

V6 with around 400 horses, is what it will be ;)

that is one neat looking exhaust i must say.....good luck to all aftermarket exhaust mfg.....

I think this thing looks better from the side than from any other view.

I think that all this thing needs is time to get it to market. Notice there are no side markers yet, so I am sure the looks will only improve.

At this point there is just one thing missing. Where's the T top or are they going to put in a moon roof??? :) :) :)

I hope it has neither. Such things add weight in a bad place, and (assuming it was designed to be a fixed roof from Day 1) reduce structural rigidity. If you track your car, a fixed roof is the way to go.

I agree but was thinking of driving in the mountains and the view out the top. I will just have to keep my S2000. :) :) :)

These were drawings about the original concept NSX back in the 80s.
Very similar to the final product, don't you think ? I hope Honda does the same with the new concept and the finalized product.

Just keep in mind that honda (like many other manufactures) continuely update and improve the current model. The car will look modified every couple of years. The HSC is not a convertable but I'm sure honda can come up w/ targa or hard top convertable later on. Surely engine output will increase also.

I was amazed how much better the MDX is for 04 than when it first came out. This makes me wonder is it always to buy when a car is first introduced or buy later when you know it will be made better???

I think you hit on it. Just like computers... buy one now, and in a short time, better ones come out... wait a while to get a better one, and shortly after you buy it, better ones come out. That's progress.

Hum... I just thought of the solution... buy a new NSX every year. :D :D :D

Side View

I feel that the rear window is just chopped off. Nice lines leading up from the front, but when you get to the window it just drops....:(

Would like to see it slope at least a little bit more.....JMO

Maybe a wing would help with the visual?
