Hot Pics! (not safe for work)

I personally do not like the type of develpment like this (have lived in a similar one in the past), but there are pros and cons to houses like this, The pros are that you do not have to worry someone will build a hideous home next door or across the street that will affect your home's value, and there is not much "house envy" since they are very similar. Also, minimal yard upkeep is needed, which gives you more time to wax your car! Lastly, you can easily check out your neighbor's wife when she is spread eagle on the hood of his new car

On the other hand, no one see's me waxing my car, and I can pee in my yard if I like without anyone noticing. Plus I have 2.5 acres of lawn to cut, which means I have to spend money that would normally go to my car or some other fun item (trips, home theater equip. etc.) on a 10K Diesel Kubota Zero Turn mower (which also takes up garage space!) So there are good and bad points to everyone's place.

Yea,

I have to agree on the housing. I just love modern/unique things.

When it's time for my house in like 5-8 years... I want to collaborate with an architect on a very modern, angled house. I don't think I want any right angles.

Well, thats the plan, and park an NSX or the Audi mid-engined concept in it :D:D

As for the house comments. Don't know what to tell you. That's just the way it is around here. I use to live on a farm and like that setting better also, but my job keeps me in this location, so that's why we are here. As for value, I bought it for $196 and it is worth right at $400 now, so not a bad investment. I would love to roll out of bed and jump on the four wheeler and head out to the pond, but that is not happening anywhere around here. The best thing we have is the ocean 15 minutes away.

As for the car and girl compliments, thank you. I am very lucky to have someone in my life who truly enjoys cars. I posted a few better pics- HOT PICS 2! Definitely not safe at work!!! Hope you like them.

At least I have a little view. It is a protected preserve and won't ever be built on. I just have to sit on my porch and look straight so I don't see the neighbors:)
