Help, Seeking advice on a Problematic Neighbor who Videotapes, Photographs, etc.

Thank you everyone for your input! It really is much appreciated. Some of the comments made me smile. Sorry for not being able to send my thanks to you guys sooner. I've been busy as heck with everything.

Just a little update on what's going on... for about a week or two after I originally posted this topic, she continued with her crazy ways. Then, she disappeared for about two weeks. She was no where to be found, her car never moved, her offspring ( ) was always seen walking the dog, etc. We think she's back now. We saw her about half a dozen times, her car has moved ONCE... but that's it. There have been no other incidents since.

Since things haven't escalated, we are choosing not to do anything about it. Hopefully nothing reoccurs.

turn sprinkler on when she walks on sidewalk in front of your house.This will short out her video camera.
