Have a Green '94 NSX? What color is your roof?

Thanks Vytas,

If you haven't seen this link already, Ojas gave us all the color combos for the early 94's. The Ebay Green/Black roof with an automatic matches what is on Ojas's list.

I've been meaning to link the other post with this for the longest time and now you've forced me into it - sometime all I need is a little prod :D . Thanks for keeping a sharp eye out.

green NSX

I have a Brooklands Green Pearl 1994 NSX with a green roof. VIN#69 Acura chrome wheels, tan leather. Dallas, Tx.
Car is gorgeous. Looks exactly like picture. This one's an automatic. One of 16 built.

Update to an old thread.

1993 #623 is a Brooklands Green with a black roof and tan interior.
The car is currently owned by Comptech.

Repaint & Reupholster? Nope, it's a factory paintjob and factory interior. Impossible, you say?

This car was a factory one-off 1993 model built in May 1993 and painted in Brooklands Green. It was built at the request of American Honda to bring to dealer seminars and to show management what the car would look like, in order to make a decision on whether or not to offer this color for 1994.

I was quite surprised to learn of the existence of this car. So, that makes at least 2 custom factory one-offs known to be out there. (The other being Larry Ellison's '96 Sebring Silver T).

While it's too late now that production is almost over, I guess if you knew the right people at American Honda during the 15 year production run, you could have chosen a custom color combo on your NSX from the numerous choices offered in Japan.

^^^Very interesting.

Now that I'm in the market I'm leaning more and more toward a '94 Brooklands with a green top and black interior. But I doubt I'll ever find one. :(

I wonder if the car will ever be for sale?? Does anyone have any pictures of this? Did this have the '93 NSX wheels or the larger '94 NSX wheels??

I took pictures of it at the Comptech meet a couple weeks ago. I originally asked the guy at Comptech who painted the car, because I was amazed that the paint job was literally indistingushable from a factory paint job. He replied that it was painted like that from the factory. I called him on it, and told him that neither Brooklands Green, nor tan interior was available until '94. He explained the whole story, and was impressed, saying that not many people can tell the year a car is by the VIN# alone.

It currently has aftermarket wheels, and I didn't ask what wheels it originally came with. It looks like any other Brooklands Green/Tan NSX. I only happened to check the VIN, because I remembered this thread from awhile back, and thought I'd add a data point to it.

I know COZ in Arizona had (recently parted out, I believe...) a 94 BG G/G. Not sure of the VIN though...

Uhhmmmm I hope this is a typo and you are a 1995 car. Kenji owned the 1994 #69 and was posted on page 1, I purchased the car from him so I am a little confused now..
