Hey, have you guys ever reloaded a saved game of a sequence that was REALLY good?

All the time...which is why I tend to save very often.

BTW, last night I played HL2 Deathmatch for an hour and HL2 for three more. I finally got back to City 17...met up with "Dog" again (he threw one of those Combine vehicles down the street...awesome!)..."STRIDER!"

One of my coworkers says I'm somewhere between 3/4 and 5/6 done with the game. This game is just too damn cool! I'll probably play it over in its entirety!

Nova Prospect's prison map would have to be one of the best looking maps I've seen in a game to date, and it hides its linear path so well -- you'd never know. I replayed the laundry room a dozen times; I had some crazy action with antlions, turrets, enemies, radiators and nades all flying around! All it was missing was bulletime.

I haven't tried HL2 deathmatch yet. To be honest... single player has me totally sucked in.

Today I just found that most all of the Sierra game are available to play using steam. In fact my beloved TFC dustbowl and warpath are also available using steam.

Neo.. if you have time check it out. You need a cd key from HL1 to use the features and games that were available with HL1 (TFC). Neo if you get TFC hooked up lets play together. :biggrin:

anyone else have issues with this game?

My sound studders a lot and the game runs like crap. I am having to run it in 8x6 with 2x aa.

Deathmatch is extremely slow with 8x6 no aa.

I have a P4 2.8. 512 ram, radeon 9500 Pro.
