Foaming
....if you track your car a lot or drive at very high speeds for extended distances you will need to use Red Line or a syntethic to prevent foaming.
WHY ????
If Honda thought this to be a concern, wouldn't they have recommended the above fluids in the owner's manual? Foaming tendency is not a function of synthetic vs organic fluid.....it is a function of viscosity. Therefore, if the wrong viscosity is selected, either organic or synthetic will foam.
As another data point, I used to run Redline synthetic. I switched to Castrol organic, and the latter is much smoother. I felt the difference in shifting immediately , even after not driving the car in six months.
