My mailing address is fine, but it said 2003 NSX "LEV" type, I have a 2002 NSX "LEV" Type, will this be ok?

Is a 2002 "LEV" the same as a 2003 "LEV" type exhaust?

Thanks.

Ian

Ian D, pbassjo's was shipped today, there was a slight delay for your shippment because the factory shipped the wrong test pipes, it was returned and they should get the right one in a day or so. pbassjo, please check your PM for tracking number.

pbassjo, the tracking number appeared on the USPS.com. Just put in the number and you will see the shipping progress. I believe the next stop is SF before heading to your area (NY?).

Let me know when it arrives.

Thanks Vance. I set up USPS.com to e-mail me update as they get them.

I most certainly will let you know when it arrives and believe me it will be installed within a hour, or less of arrival. Pics and impressions to follow.

I was looking at a picture of this exhaust and there are a lot of pieces put together to make this. For the dual tip it's eight pieces just for the tips
and they have to be jigged and welded. It looks like in the pic it's over 36
pieces that have to be cut, jigged and welded together and that's not counting the braces, muffler or resonators that look to be proprietary and multi section as well.
No wonder it takes weeks to build. Talk about labor intensive.

Someone in the GT-One design department has some ears and knows a bit about acoustics to conjure the various acoustic designs of these "instruments".

Just got more information from Japan.

This is for Exhaust order #3 and #4. Looks like it will be done on within two weeks or so.

" I most certainly will let you know when it arrives and believe me it will be installed within a hour, or less of arrival. "

It's been more than an hour LOL !!!

Ian

Yeah, I had a customer car to take care of.

Vance, this went so nicely and so well. Thank you so much.

Fellows, this is some great exhaust and really it sounds just like Turbo2go's sound/movie clip below.

I appreciated it. You and IanD had enough faith to get this going. It is also a relief to know that they can actually produce them within the quoted time frame. I waited 4 months for my v.2 over years ago.

Joe, enjoy the exhaust, let me know if you even want to get other GT-One stuff.

Well I've had some time to drive the car. This is just what I've been looking for.
The exhaust has so many qualities that you can learn to "play" it.

You can make it deeply rumble by shifting early and burble by down shifting and putting a tad into it as the car slows. Punch it and take it up to red-line and it sounds like you're riding on the back of RODAN in a dive bombing, shrieking attack.

I must compliment Vancehu for how he processed this purchase. He gave a time frame of about 3 months and cut it by one third.

Shipping also was awesome. Imagine, placed in shipping in JAPAN Friday 9/19/08 @ 12:04pm and in my hands in Poughkeepsie, NY @ 9:28am Monday 9/20/08.

This bolts up with NO wiggling or fooling around, straight and true. It came with all the mounting hardware AND gaskets.

It's darn few times in my 56 years that I make such a purchase with a person who is unknown to me and end up being pleased as punch with every single aspect.

I am 100% satisfied and grinning ear to ear.

pbassjo: Are you running with stock cats or test pipes. I like the sound alot. Cant wait for my.

The car in the vid is not mine. It's member Turbo2go. I'm not sure what he had on the car at the time but if you PM him I'm sure he'd be glad to tell you.

I have headers, stock cats, CTSC and it's a 3.0 1996 but the sound is like that on the vid.

Every morning I wake up and listen to the sound of my soon to arrive thunder

Ian, the test pipes are complete and is being shipped to my friend. Hopefully Canadian PO is as efficient as the one in the US.

I'll keep you posted with a tracking number when I get it.

Thanks for the wait.

Ian D

Your order is being shipped. The tracking number was obtained but please allow 24 hours to appear in the system. http://www.canadapost.ca/Personal/Tools/Track/ItemSingle.aspx

EMS Tracking number: EI805694734JP

I don't know the Canadian postal system so I assumed it is similar to the United States Postal System.

Let me know when you see it.

Vance
