there isnt one scratch on the car except the front LOL I think I can buff it out

Shawn,

You've repaired far worse. I believe you should tackle the project and fix it. We need more NSX's on the road to make the world a prettier place :)

While you doing go ahead and convert to 02 conversion too.LMK!

I know the car. It is pristine. You could eat off the engine bay. Throw some bugeyes on it and fix fix fix.

Part, because I need the parts. Hahha

Fix it, it's not that bad. As stated, check for frame damage, hard to see from the photos if there is any. If straight, get some parts and repaint the car. I take it, it is a "salvage" title? If so, sky is the limit with what you could do with her. Pop-uos, bug-eye, Mode 4, etc....

If the frame is straight, I vote for a Imola Type-S clone. Never been done in the states.

That said, I need the parts!! :D

Either way one needs to be sacrificed for the other. I vote fix...

lol what should you care whether the frame is bent...didn't you already weld two cars together to make one.

well my 2002 was a different story LOL the 2002 donar car was def dead. but with those miles you cant go wrong

imo the nsx market is heating up so if you can get the car together and it can pass whatever to be road certified there will always be buyers of rebuilt cars.As long as down the road future buyers will know what the cars history is.There are plenty of folks who would buy such a car and years later pass it off as a full price pristine car.

I know that why I always put the VIN in all my builds which brings me to the next question when can we start adding VIN to the salvage WIKI? I have a ton of VIN to enter that I have been saving but cant since Lud was migrating them to another server or something

I will put the VIN in this thread but I have only seen the car for like an hour so I could move cars around in my shop

I'll always support a fix bit that looks bad Shawn. Only looking from pics but the passenger side fender buckling downwards and the front end shifting to the passenger side too... Looks serious underneath. Are the doors still aligned?

Looks like a head on crash with a tree?

The radiator support looks dunzo
