Finally, Pics of 2004 #92 and friends.

Be prepared and just take one of these cars to church every Sunday... (Jesus would drive an NSX! *just don't ask for a bible reference for THAT!*)

What Would Jesus Drive?

Mineral Wells

That's a sweet collection. Do you ever autocross any of them? If you can stand the venue, the S2000 club will be at the Mineral Wells airport a week from Saturday (the 18th) hosting an event. (Assuming that rain from Ivan doesn't interfere!)

Steve very nice garage every boys, man and dogs dream!

Are you aking if I can stand being in Mineral Wells or if I can stand being around all those buzzing S2000 :D I actually got rid of an '04 S2000 when I picked up the NSX.

NSXBOX - You are right about every dogs dream. I have 3 dogs and they love to play in the shop, the floor is rubber mats (horse stall flooring) and they get great traction. They like it so much that I cut them peices of the same stuff for their doog houses. Vacuuming up all the dog hair takes a while.

Steve, do you have an oilwell in your backyard or something?

I wish I had your problem of not being able to decide on what to drive each day! As others have said, truly an inspiration...

Mineral Wells, of course. ;) No shade, no water, no break from the wind... But a whole lot of tarmac! :) Actually, the S2000 community is rather small so the majority of our entrants are Miatas. Go figure. They're some of the most dedicated, competative owners I've met.

How long did you have the S2000? Each car has its advantages in my opinion, but the NSX is a nice upgrade. Someone in my position cannot justify the price difference new, so I'm thinking of looking for a good used '97 or newer model one of these days. So far, the used NSXs for S2000 prices that I looked at tended to be in fairly poor condition.

For what it's worth, one of our members has a mint condition, numbers matching '69 (I think?) Camaro SS... Actually, the original engine and transmission are sitting in a display case. He currently he has some sort of 400+ rwhp beast in there. We have a couple semi-pro photographers in the club as well, if you're interested in a photo shoot.

That was me :D .

I wish I could have stayed longer but the wife had other plans for my day.

Got to see the first group run and it looked like a lot of fun! I hope to give it a try at the next event.

Steve, if you had to choose just one vehicle you could keep out of all your vehicles, which one would you choose and why.

beeker16 - I had a salesman call me last week from Lambo Dallas, just to let me know that they had the best selection of Gallardos that they have ever had. I am afraid to go drive one, I obviously have very little buyer's impulse control :D .

PROJECTNSX - Don't second guess yourself on the GS430. I had a 2000 GS430 and it was a great car. The stereo was one of, if not the best, I had ever had in a car. The Lexus will hold it's value better than the CTSV and in a couple of years you can trade for the new CTS-V with the new LS2.

steveny - Let me think about that and get back to you.

If you do happen to pick up a Gallardo on a whim, don't forget to take pics for us. :)
