NSX FoYoAss Looks fantastic! Brings back memories of my 93 we talked about.

AKUDOU, your old NSX looks awesome! In fact I saw it in the used sales section after I bought mine! Wish you had it when I was in the market! :D

Z,

Those wheels look AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! You're right! They look so
similar to 546's. I would definately buy them over HRE's if the
price was that much better. HRE has some true competition!!!
Do you still want the pics we took at the club / TYPHOON?

Congrads!

T

Terry!!!! Long time bro! Thanks for the compliements, too bad us Houston NSXer's can't roll with the "KING" anymore!! :( :p You and the NSX are both missed! And yes, please send those pics whenever your free!! Thanks!!

rear wheels looks like it scrapes becouse its so wide i talk with Vince he says no what about you i was thinking to get 19x9.5 rear
and how deep is it in the front wheel im getting seneka 18/19

thanks

NSX1991, the wheels sit very flush! They do NOT rub at ALL!! My car sits very very low and my rear suspension is still very soft. Even rolling thru a dip in the road, there is NO scraping in the rear! I have 19x10's in the rear and would recommend that size.

How funny. That silverstone NSX with the iforged flux rims is my car. That picture was taken at the Navy Pier autoshow in Chicago called R Generation. Apparently, everyone liked the car; I received a second place trophy for All Exotic/Supercar. An Ultima GTR (British car) that a guy built from scratch beat me.

Unfortunately, I brought the car to HIN Chicago just last week and I didn't win a damn thing. Oh, and the Ultima GTR? It was there. It won best European car. Argh. The judges placed me in the "elite" class so I had to compete with vendors. Consequently, I was beat out by a 350z, some porsche, a civic that Alpine put together and a Hyundai tiberon - I don't think I even know what a tiberon looks like. Oh well.

If anyone wants a better look at the car, I'm considering attending importxpression on September 20 at McCormick Place in Chicago.... and if the car is there, I will be there to chat about it.

Unfortunately, I'm a goof. I just ordered a digital camera (I know it's not the 90s anymore). I'm putting the car in the shop for another three weeks to make it absolutely perfect (I'm a freak and need to have the car flawless) - no paint chips, scratches. etc. Then, I plan on taking a picture of the car in downtown Chicago early on a Sunday morn. Only then will I post the pics. Hopefully, it will look killer. A shout out to iforged; my wheels are 18X10 and 17X8--that's what Comptech recommends for the wide body kit. There is a 5" lip on the rears - it looks amazing - so amazing that some people see my car and focus only on the wheels.

I've seen your car on the Edens inbound -- looks real GOOD. :D
Might I ask who did the widebody work/paint ??

I wouldn't worry too much about HIN Chicago -- been there, done that -- got a lot of good looks, but 0-for-2 so far :)

Hey cojones, I tried to email you privately, but you've requested not to be emailed through this board. Email me, I will chat with you about my experience upgrading my car.

Cyan,

Would you happen to know the offsets on the wheels of the black X?

We can custom manufacture any offset you want. For the black car we used a

18*8 with a 40mm offset
19*10 with a 45mm offset

We also can clear big brake kits with no problems. To give you a guys a reference weight. Our 20*10 weighs in at 25.75 lbs. All of our wheels are forged, can clear most aftermarket big brake kits, and are lightweight.

I have really thin tires and haven't had any problems with my tires or the rims at all! The rims seem really really strong! I'm very impressed...

Neither.... I'm actually using just Neuspeed springs. I find that the drop is just perfect for me. :) Hopefully I can upgrade to some Tein in the *hopefully* prosperous future.

Armando, take a look at the very first post, I wrote the exact sizes down. They are 18/19's. The drop is almost 2 inches, I'd say 1.75, slightly more then H&R's. I have barely one finger gap in back and almost no finger gap in the front. It's low, but looks sweet!! IMHO..

Looks great but must be a bitch driving around avoiding holes and getting in and out of parking lots. I have the HR and I am in the process of installing the WW kit, so I might have to go up a little

Thanks for the compliment!
Actually, it's not that bad. Yes, the front lip scrapes on a few things, but thats what its there for. I'm used to angling, so no big deal with ramps and speed bumps.
And I don't have a ww kit, yet! I have the sides and spats sitting around and I'm thinking about the front. We'll see.....

spats look really good in person. I was ify until I saw them in person. I think they make the rear look lower and wider.
