Tom,
I know a little bit about Elixer's car.
He got the car from NJ and is already have some mods.
Since he has that car he spend a lot of money to do cosmetic for the car. The car has new wheels, rear valance,etc.
Other than that you need to get person at Acura dealership to take a look the car and let see what they say.
That's a good deal for NSX with some mods.
