Well you've made it to Australia, you Americans are terrible it was all funny for the 1st couple pages but it quickly turned into a lynch mob complete with picks and forks, ppl just joined "the mob" for the hell of it or because there some hillbilly who sees a mob and joins it. Hes hardly a sexual predator by the sounds of it, u guys have just total blown it out of proportion.

As an outsider who came here strictly for the Nick ownage, I would like to apologize to the NSX enthusiasts who want to unsubscribe because their use of this board has been disrupted. Please don't let this circus drive you away. It will all blow over soon.

Hey, we (the existing members) are glad you guys came by. Stick around after the pwnage is over. A bigger forum is a better one. It was a ton of fun for a while but there are more interesting topics. Bewbs, fast cars, performance mods, sports, gigantic TVs, beer, etc. Start a thread about one of those subjects and I'll be there.

The first NSX had a sticker price of over $60,000 (well over $100K in 2008 dollars) in 1991 and many sold for $10,000 over sticker until 1992.

I think the point that you are missing is that HE is not running the gambling site. He is just running an affiliate program. Case in point. I run porn websites but they are sites pointing you to sign up on other sites that are run by the real porn website. Some are white label and ran on the porn websites servers even though it appears you are on my domain.

I am not required to keep the records with regards to the models, I simply have to state somewhere where those records are kept (the holder of the record being the actual porn site)

Since NICK himself is not accepting payments etc but rather being paid a set amount from the gambling website he's an affiliate for he's doing nothing illegal. Affiliate marketing is not illegal. Period.

Spamming in general is considered trespassing but not to the degree that any legal action would be taken against him. He'd have to be breaking the CanSpam laws which are set for email affiliate marketing. Message boards are not really covered.

The affiliate he is marketing for might have issues with it and it may be in their terms of service as being against their rules but they only have the recourse to shut his affiliate account down and not pay him for any money he may have coming to him as a result of the message board spamming. Reality is though that most encourage forum spamming (at least in the adult industry) and some even provide you scripts with which to do it.

At best, you've harmed his income, but there is no evidence that hes broken any laws. I know that makes me an asshole for being real with it but hey..

No question about that! My high school english teacher - big drinker, 6 feet tall and nearly 300lbs, told us about how he got his ass handed to him by a 5'5"-ish australian guy at a bar down under. He told us "never, EVER try to outdrink an aussie!"
