No. Nicky's interest will have only peaked between pages 13 & 15. After page 18, all interest will have waned.

Yesterday, I googled this thread's URL ("http://www.nsxprime.com/forums/showthread.php?t=98489") and I got 4 hits.

This morning I googled it, and there were 3 pages of hits.

Now (after midnight), there is 5 pages of hits.

There's even a news story on it.

After all, it must be his least favorite holiday of the year. He's gotta watch balls drop. :biggrin:

But - this thread has accomplished two things for me. Made me nearly ruin a nice Logitech gaming keyboard with spat-out-drinks-in-hysterics... and also gained me a new respect for a car I otherwise wouldn't have normally touched due to its cost. Sticking with my Fiero for a while, but if/when that project is done and bores me, I shall look into an NSX. Thanks everyone!

So this was your first post in this thread at 9:11 pm on Sunday. Conspicuous by its absence is any reference to the "knoweldge" that you have of the criminal file through reading it in Court and then speaking with the lawyer. What took so long to post in the first place and then why not mention that you know everything about the legal background of the charges?

It is also curious that you just joined the site yesterday and yet you waited 19 hours to post in this thread, choosing instead to make your debut post in the thread about an engine blowing up. http://www.nsxprime.com/forums/showpost.php?p=922073&postcount=29 That "contribution" was made shortly after midnight and somehow with all of your personal knowledge about Nick you were able to do what the rest of world was unable to - - - avoid posting herein for 19 hours.

Your next 4 posts were cut and paste jobs from a legal information site and amazingly you still omitted the claim that you had read the file and spoken with the attorney. It was not until your 7th post after 2:00 a.m. that you finally allege that you read his court file. Somehow you managed to read that court file during a holiday week since this thread started Christmas Eve and you didn't join until 12/30. That means you managed either to predict this thread would be created and read the file in advance or somehow felt compelled to go to the Courthouse and have the file retrieved on one of three possible days, all because some "stranger" on the internet had been outed as a convicted sex offender.

In your 9th post at 2:41 am, (why you would still be online at that time since you said you live in Virginia is curious, especially to "support" a stranger to you) you finally claim that you spoke with his attorney. Once again, if you did not know Nick (or are not Nick) you would not be able to know who his attorney was without seeing the Court file. If you read the court file first, there would be no need to talk with the lawyer because the info would be recorded in the court records. If you did not read the court file first, how did you know who the lawyer was? Moreover, no attorney is going to violate the attorney client privilege to speak with a "stranger" and, at best, if you somehow knew the lawyer in advance you would not learn anything more than would be contained in the public records of the courthouse.

But then you post this little interesting "justification" for Nick's conviction:

You face a jury if you are innocent. You cop a plea bargain if you are guilty. He admitted what everyone apparently knew - - - the girl was 15 and legally incapable of engaging in consensual sex in the State of Virginia.

So I guess I am just curious why you would be involved in this thread if you are not Nick himself or someone fronting for him. With all of the worthwhile causes and charities to which you could donate this time and energy this holiday season, you choose to defend someone who is a convicted sex offender for having sex with a 15 year old girl and is outed after attempting to spam this forum, as well as others, in an attempt to get referral monies as a poker gambling site affiliate. You first try to take "his" side by pointing out that "he said it was not him" so that would mean we are all defaming a fictional character. But on the other hand you seemingly plead with him to contact you because we are posting public information about a "real person" who is a convicted sex offender and registered gambling site affiliate.

If you are not Nick or one of his cronies, you, sir, are a walking contradiction because you cannot "deny" that we are outing the true Nick Sitko and then ask that same Nick Sitko to contact you because we are allegedly damaging the reputation of an admitted and nationally registered sex offender who also spams forums trolling for suckers to engage in online gambling.

Plus, attorney-client privilege. You did not have any such conversation with such attorney without the consent of Nick, which you admitted that you did not contact him yet.

Kevin1965, this is what happens when you come up against a "real attorney", your get totally "owned", now go crawl back into the same hole that you and Nick inhabit together!!!
