Driveshaft/Rear Axle DIY, Anyone?

The OEM grease comes with the Honda/Acura boot kit. When I did all my CV joints last year I figured that if the OEM grease lasted 18 years/ 75kmi, there was no reason to risk trying something else.

Larry, is it possible for you to post the article or a link to your treatise on the axle shaft remove, disassemble, clean & reboot as referenced above-specifically the article in Iss 1 2012 NSX Driver? I know i would be most appreciative. JD

Did you ever find a real DIY? Did you create one when you did yours?

I bought some rebuilt ones off a prime member. You can still buy them new from Acura, Delray acura has the best price or hondapartsonline.com
I did not do the install, had not time so a friend did it, so no DIY. Sorry. It's really an easy job, it's a matter of having the right tools
