I don't recall a detailled write-up. I've done some photo-stories on the TB in late march 2008 posted here on prime. Maybe best is to take it out like this (first pic):

My friend and me needed 5 hours and this was the second time we did it. Of course we had the goal to get the engine back with everything complete.
One time there was a guy being proud of himself taking the engine out within 2 hours. That's BS unless he used dynamite to bomb it out. But it's good to have two guys for this job. Lastly we did it by the end of last year, so here's a short draft:
- disconnect the battery (your opening the fuel lines!)
FROM THE UNDERSIDE
- empty the coolant (only engine side, two bolts)
- remove the cats and exhaust (gives you more room)
- remove the handbrake cables
- remove the U-shape bar
- remove the gearbox cables incl. H-bracket
- remove the rear brake lines (there will be a slow, constant drain of brake fluid if you don't 'seal it up' with something)
- disconnect the wheel sensor plugs (one in the trunk (right one)behind the carpet) and the bolts to the chassis
FROM ABOVE
- remove the airbox
- remove the coolant bottle
- disconnect the three coolant hoses
- disconnect five small vaccum cables or the hole assembly (on the left towards the trunk)
- disconnect the grounding cable at the front cylinder head
- disconnect the starter plugs and gearbox grounding cable (also around the black electrical fuse box)
- dismount the clutch slave
- disconnect the fuel line and the return fuel line
- disconnect the throttle body cable (only possible in full throttle position)
- dismount the engine bay fan (if you have one)
- disconnect the engine plugs at the ECU (push the cable to the engine bay room, divide the plugs for this, otherwise they don't find their way through the hole in the firewall)
while lifting the chassis over the engine
- remove the A/C compressor if you don't want to open the system
- lower the car until the engine sits on your desired 'stand'
- remove the engine frame bolts
- lift the chassis over the engine: Don't forget the A/C compressor and take your time with it, controlling all areas if there are cables still to be removed. We raised it about 5 cm step by step controlling after every step.
Did I forget anything?
Hope it helps.
