Acura NSX engine. I do not have much information as to year or mileage on the engine. Purchased from Prime Member. Member stated, engine was taken apart for built, but never moved forward. Please see pics for details. I will not part out. Will be sold as a unit.

I'm am looking for a good engine block and will pay for the whole thing if needed. But confused as you say you have the crankshaft but the crankshaft is still shown IN the engine in the pictures. I'm interested but one has to assume that the bottom end on this engine might be trashed making the value nill. I understand you likely don't know much about what happened to it, but please let me know what you do know. I'm sort of collecting old parts - Larry (tanto) Ohio THANKS!

Hi Larry,

As stated in the ad, I purchased this from a
Forum member who said it was dissembled for a
rebuild. Seller did assure me, the engine was in working condition before removal. I can not guarantee anything as I’m not an engine expert.

Yes, you are correct, the crankshaft is in the engine. I will edit the original post. I was confused as to a spare one I have. I’ve hoard a lot of parts. Again, my apologies for the confusion.

Owning over dozen NSX in the past few decades, I had acquired many parts as back up just in case. I need the storage space and have decided to sell some parts.if you have any other questions please feel free to ask or you can call/text me

Asim - not to be insulting, but you've got a block, crank, bare heads and cams. Heads without installed cams brings scored cam bores into question, so the cams and heads apart are likely worth maybe $1200 or so and i understand you don't want to part out anyway. Sorry again but if your lower end needed a rebuild, it's a 50/50 chance of it being worth anything at all. I've been burned on two "needing rebuilt" engines already. I would be interested in taking a chance on the short block but i would be at $2000. I'm not a parts dealer, like you i'm just "collecting" parts to build a second engine for a backup.
